Shipping Methods and Tracking:
To keep shipping costs as affordable as possible for our customers, standard orders (stickers or bookmarks) are shipped via stamped mail without tracking. By choosing this option, you acknowledge that tracking information will not be provided. If you require tracked shipping, please contact us before paying to discuss upgraded shipping options. All apparel we ship out is shipped with tracking, but the buyer will be responsible for paying the tracking.
All orders are shipped FOB origin. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been accepted by the shipping provider.
•All items listed available will be shipped out from our personal inventory. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you shortly through email, before any payment is processed.
•All orders will be shipped out within 30 days of purchase, or potentially sooner. If we face any delays, we will notify you and ask for your consent to extend the deadline to a particular date, and or offer you the choice to cancel your order and give you a full refund.
Lost Mail, Damaged Items and right to decline service:
We are committed to ensuring you receive your art. However, as a small business, we must protect against fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to decline future service to any individual or address that repeatedly reports lost, undelivered or damaged mail. If a pattern of ”lost” shipments occurs, we may require that all future orders from that customer be sent via a tracked and insured method at the buyers expense.
We also reserve the right to decline future service to any address with a repeated history of “damaged” item claims.
