Sizing and Exchanges:
All items are shipped from our personal inventory therefore, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing choices or change of mind. Please refer to our product descriptions before placing your order via email. By purchasing a sticker or any other item from Hope Cove, you acknowledge and verify that you understand and agree to our “All Sales are Final” policy.
As stated in our shipping policy, all orders are shipped FOB origin. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen once they have been accepted by the shipping provider.
Lost or Missing Mail:
Were not responsible for lost or stolen mail, however we do offer a one time curtsey for lost mail.

Once we have verified the shipping details, we will ship a replacement item to you at no additional cost. Please note that replacements are subject to current inventory availability. If an item is out of stock, we will work with you to choose an alternative of equal value, or provide a full refund for the missing item.
Note: As stated in our shipping policy, we reserve the right to decline future service to any address with a repeated history of “lost” mail claims.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
We personally pack every order to ensure your art arrives safely, but if an item is damaged during transit or if we made a mistake and sent the wrong product, we will fix it.
To qualify for a replacement or refund you must:
#1 Email us within five days of delivery date. Email: shophopecove@gmail.com
#2 Provide photo proof. You must attach clear photos of the damaged items, or wrong products, and the original packaging showing the shipping label.
Claims without photo evidence of both the product and the packaging cannot be processed. If the claim is verified, we will ship a replacement from our inventory at no additional cost to you.
